What happened to my Fedex package?
Hello, I bought a very expensive product from Newegg about 9 or 10 days ago. It is using Fedex Smartpost for shipping. I got a Fedex tracking number, and the package is supposed to ship to Pennsylvania. The tracking info was last updated a week ago, and it was still in Los Angeles then. The estimated delivery date was yesterday, and now it just says ‘N/A’ for estimated delivery. I called Fedex, and they said it was probably given to the USPS to deliver, but there are no records from USPS of this.
Is my package okay? Could it just be taking a very long time to ship? I need it by Christmas!

Ask Fedex for the tracking code that USPS assigned to the package.
Also complain to Newegg about this; they contracted with Fedex, not USPS, for the shipment of your particular package.

how long will it take fedex ground to deliver from Florida to Michigan?
i ordered a makeup palette from coastal scents using FedEx ground.

FedEx Ground travels by truck all the way. That distance would probably be a 3 day lane (“lane” is an industry term). That does not mean you will get your package in 3 days. You must also include the time needed for the shipper to process your order, and actually call FedEx for a pick up.

the FedEx Colors?
why is the fed in fedex always purple, but the “ex” is either green or orange?

The fedex colors are green for ground meaning it goes by ground the road not air. Fedex orange means next day 2nd day costing more money for shipping!

I Bought a longboard and chose fedex 2day on a Thursday. Mondays a holiday, and i’m leaving for boarding school tuesday. Is it possible i could get it on the weekend? When should i expect it to come?

No. FedEx does not delivery on Saturday, unless you specifically request, and pay extra for, Saturday delivery. FedEx 2nd day (without paying extra for Saturday delivery) means 2nd business day, which would be Tuesday, if it was sent on Thursday.
