Richard asks…

What are some names that suit the characters of the story i’m writing?

I’m writing a story about a typical teenage girl, she goes through all the complications in life you could think of! School problems, family trouble, break ups, teenage pregnancy, career problems, stalking and death. I know it seems a little much but it doesn’t all happen to her some happen to her family and friends but they all seem to link up somehow… So I sort of need your help to get some names for the characters.
Character 1:
15 year old girl.
Short blonde hair that reaches her shoulders, hazel eyes and a few freckles on her nose and cheeks. She’s quite tanned but a little shorter than average. She’s rather pretty and a typical girly girl. Scared of everything, obsessed with boys, makeup and gossip, very emotional and she cares about everyone and everything she’s quite popular and tries to get along with everyone and acts very sweet.
Character 2:
15 year old girl.
Best friends with character one. Curled blondish hair that looks as though it’s done by tongs but is completely natural. It hangs a few inches below her shoulders. She could be teased as a ginger by immature people but she’s very pretty so all the boys fancy her and she’s friends with all the girls so nobody taunts her about the colour of her hair. She has rather pale skin and deep blue eyes. She’s loud and funny everyone loves her.
Character 3:
18 year old boy.
Short brown hair, constantely spiked up. He has dark brown eyes and is one of the hottest guys in school. He’s known as a player and a bit of a bad act. He’s such a flirt and likes to mess with people’s heads.
They’re English by the way, i’m English too don’t try typical English names though as all apparently ‘typical English names’ are old fashioned 🙂

Do you think there is any link to prophesy and what’s happening in the world?

ATLANTA – Stock market slides may hurt more than your savings. New research suggests they might prompt heart attacks.

Duke University researchers found a link between how a key stock index performed and how many heart attacks were treated at their North Carolina hospital shortly after the recession began in December 2007 through July 2009, when signs of recovery emerged.

The trend weakened after they did a second analysis taking into account seasons of the year. Some research suggests heart attacks are more common in winter, meaning the initial finding could have been a statistical fluke.

However, leading scientists unconnected with the work said they found it plausible and worth further research in a nationwide study.

“I do think there’s merit to their first-round conclusion,” said Dr. James McClurken of Temple University in Philadelphia. He is chairman of the American College of Cardiology’s annual conference, where the study results were released Saturday.

Seems to fit the prophesy:

Luke 21:26
Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Mom Throws Unwanted Newborn Into Lake PontchartrainPosted on February 11th, 2009 by Jan Barrett in Louisiana News, Society and CultureRead 971 times. What does one do when they have a one night stand with a guy and then nine months later gives birth to a baby girl that you definitely do not want? Well normally I would think one would just sign the baby over for adoption.

Unfortunately 21 year old Cara Craig of Metairie, Louisiana found herself in this position but she didn’t give the baby up for adoption. Instead she took the baby which by the way still had the umbilical cord attached to it, and tossed her into Lake Pontchartrain so she could hide her pregnancy from her parents. Craig has been charged with first degree murder even though the results of an autopsy report has not come in yet, according to Kenner Police Chief Steve Caraway.

The girl admitted that it was her child,” said Caraway, “that she gave birth to the child; that the child was moving when she gave birth, the legs were moving, she felt a heartbeat. As she prepared to throw the child into the water or place the child in the water as she said, she had her hand on the baby’s chest and could feel the heart beating at that time. That’s why she’s been charged with first degree.”

The above seems to fit the prophesy below. There is no natural affection. People are killing family members at a record rate and children seem to be victimized the most.

Romans 1:31
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION, implacable, unmerciful:
Romans 1:30-32 (in Context) Romans 1 (Whole Chapter)
2 Timothy 3:3
Without natural affection, TRUCEBREAKERS, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

The verses below are like reading the newspapers:

Matthew 24:7
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Matthew 24:6-8 (in Context) Matthew 24 (Whole Chapter)
Mark 13:8
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
Mark 13:7-9 (in Context) Mark 13 (Whole Chapter)
Luke 21:11
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
Luke 21:10-12 (in Context) Luke 21 (Whole Chapter)

Everyone says that every generation thinks they’re the last, but we’ve never had the ability to completely annihilate ourselves before. We could go to war with each other, but not totally wipe the entire planet clean.

It’s like it’s hanging in the air. Like something is going to happen. People don’t want to accept that something catastrophic could actually happen. That’s also scriptural:

Matthew 24:36-40 (King James Version)

36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Everyone is just going about their business, not thinking about where they may spend eternity.

I was just curious. Don’t blast me, I’m just thinking about it and decided to see what everyone else thought.
What natural law of the universe would that be?
Excuse me what fundamental law would that be?

Michelle answers:

Many many years ago my Grandpa would say “this world’s goin to hell in a handbasket”, yes Dear, it is the season, the end of age approaches rapidly as foretold…lawlessness, wickedness, pestillence, plagues, violent intense and increasing disasters and wars, many wars that not everyone hears of….Peace/Love God Bless & Happy Sabbath

Sandy asks…

Is Adoption the Answer?

Hello. I am a 36 year old christian female who has been unhappily married now for 1 1/2 years. Late last year I found out I was pregnant with my first child. My husband was/is thrilled about this baby, but it has been quite the opposite for me. I feel just as detached about this pregnancy as I have been about the marriage. I’ve been hoping things would change and that the natural bonding process would kick in, however I appear to be growing more distant and just want the pregnancy over with. I am also severely depressed and concerned that I may make the wrong decision for all of the wrong reasons. Baby is due in July and I don’t see things changing any time soon. Any advice would be most welcome.

Michelle answers:

Sounds like pre-natal depression to me.
I dont think its the baby you feel detached to..i think its your husband and because this baby is part of your husband you are rejecting it…when you are unhappy with someone you detest anything that reminds you of them…Please dont take your unhappy marraige out on your baby…The baby isnt the reason for your unhappiness…you were unhappy before you fell pregnant….I think you should speak to a doctor about getting some sort of counselling as if you dont the chances are it’ll get worse when the baby is born and you may end up doing something you regret!
If your that unhappy with your husband then perhaps you need to address your lifestyle and perhaps a seperation is in order…for yours and your baby’s sakes!
