Your Questions About The Oldest Natural Pregnancy

Charles asks…

possibly pregnant? ppl who have been on the pill cilest need your answers too!?

Okay now this is probably going to come out a bit confusing but i’ll try and make it as understandable as I can.

I started taking the pill cilest 3 months ago. After the first and 2nd pack I did not have the 7 day break as I didnt want a period so I continued each pack with another which is okay to do occasionally. Anyway, on the 3rd pack of pills I missed 1, then was over 12 hours late taking another one later in the pack and then weekend before last I was 13 hours late taking one. I have been having unprotected sex every weekend, I couldnt find the info leaflet for the pills and now I have it says to use another form of contraception which I didnt but it also doesnt say anything about if your late taking so many pills.

Anyway, a couple of days ago I started gettin slightly tender breasts, needing to wee alot more than normal, felt sick yesterday morning, dizziness, tired, and people have been asking if i’m pregnant coz my aparently my breasts have gotten bigger.

I took the last pill from the 3rd pack on Monday (2days ago) I have decided to have a 7 day break this month as i am worried I may be pregnant, so im on day 2 of the break and no period so far. I took a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon and it was negative, then another this morning which was negative too.

So, do you think I should just wait out the 7days and see if I start my period or not and then take a test again? Do you think I could be pregnant?
I already have a 4yr old and a 2yr old so I am aware of the symptoms of pregnancy and in all honesty I do feel slightly pregnant (sounds dumb I know lol). But I was thinking just testing every morning if I dont start my period because the 7days would make it 28 days which is when you would normally test with natural periods if that made anysense?

Has anyone ever had something similar while on cilest? anyone else fallen pregnant on cilest?

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

Michelle answers:

Okay if you miss a day there’s a 30% chance you could get pregnant in th 7 days after it and also my aunt got pregnant 3 time whilst being on the but i’m not sure which she’s on xxxx

Sandy asks…

Really worried about childbirth, help?

I’ve got 3 beautiful children, 14 year old James, 5 months old Dayton and Matilda, plus I’m 5 weeks pregnant.
I know it’s still a while away, but I’m really terrified of childbirth! For my other two pregnancies I had c-sections because the first time I was on drugs during some of the pregnancy, and the second time I was anorexic. All things go well in this pregnancy I’ll have a natural childbirth, but I’m freaked out about it!!
Does it hurt as much as people say it does? How long does it take? When will my area be back to normal? Will I be able to walk around straight away? Thanks for any help!! xx

Michelle answers:

I heard that you can only have natural birth after 4 years from the last CS section.
I’m 9 months pregnant now, any moment i can give birth to my first baby, and I’d rather have natural birth than CS. Natural birth is painful DURING the delivery but it is very easy to heal. It will take just few days. And you can go back to normal activities again. But the C-section, its not painful during the childbirt , but after that, the healing of the wounds and stitches will take time to heal. 🙁 i fear CS.
Goodluck on your delivery. Ask the doctor if you can really have natural birth.. I never heard of someone who had natural birth after CS. But its possible. Just few cases like you maybe.

Jenny asks…

I believe my hamster is pregnant?Help?

My grandparents gave me a syrian/teddy bear hamster the other day for christmas, but I’ve started to notice some things that make me believe she is pregnant.
1. She is 5-7 weeks old, my granparents purchased her from a small pet store where she shared a cage with other hamsters and were not seperated by gender.
2. I am told she has “doubled” in size, and they only owned her for 5 days.
3. She is nesting in her hamster wheel/tower. She is hording bedding and food, my granparents cleared it out when she did it but I have left it.
4. She is becoming increasingly agressive towards anyone who wishes to hold her, and is biting anyone who touches her belly.
5. Her teats are pinkish and engorged.
Is nesting just natural, or only something they do during pregnancy?
That is the key to my suspicions, thanks for your help!

Michelle answers:

I read that hamsters make nests when they are pregnant and to not mess the nests up. I think that’s where they have babies and can have 1-15 babies

Daniel asks…

12 weeks pregnant and paranoid..scared this is gonna happen to me & my baby?

firstly, i’m going to say that i have a GAD (Generalized anxiety disorder) so ive always been worried about something or other, but my biggest fear ever, is losing a baby.

Last february, i suffered a natural completed miscarriage at 5 weeks. i’m 19 yrs old if this helps and am healthy. this was my only other pregnancy.

i am now 12 weeks 1 day and saw my baby’s heartbeat, and the baby itself wriggling around on Tuesday at 11 weeks 6 days, and really fell in love.

i read somewhere that Kelly brook suffered a miscarriage after she’d found out the sex of her baby, and that Lily allen suffered one at 6 months.

i am so scared that the same thing will happen…and whenever i see another pregnant woman i think ‘i bet she’ll have her baby, and i’ll end up losing mine’.

i just wish i could stop worrying 🙁 but when i hear other people’s stories, i get so paranoid and scared.

Michelle answers:

Remember that only 1 in 8 pregnancies do not go to term. That means the 7 of 8 do!!!
Usually when you miscarry – it is Nature’s way of voiding a non-viable embryo (meaning that the “baby” would not have survived) –
I know it hurts (I’ve had 2 miscarriages) – but realize that it wasn’t “set right”.
Pregnant women always “worry” — and you are young – but it sounds like you are getting pre-natal health care – and that your baby is growing. So far – so good –
Stress isn’t good for you or your baby – so try not to fret about everything — unless there is something that you can change (like smoking, doing drugs, eating healthy, etc) – the rest of it is out of your control — You do your part – and pray for the best –
At some point – you have to Let Go – and Let God —
Good luck — and congratulations!
