Have you got any natural remedies for acne in pregnancy?
I have asked this weeks ago but didn’t get many answers so I would love some extra help if possible!
I normally have acne but I can’t take the medication for it while pregnant. That means that including my pregnancy hormones have created acne on my face, arms, chest and back and I would LOVE to get rid of it – or lessen it – as it is really getting me down!
On advice of somebody here I am trying tea-tree wash but my skin has gotten worse this last week for whatever reasons – so do you guys have any more ideas of what I can use and what is SAFE to use while pregnant?
Thank you!
Michelle answers:
I was wondering the same thing this morning.. So, I had to star the question. I HATE ACNE!!
Yeah, I was my face with cetaphil, which is noncomedogenic, doesn’t cause acne…. I use I.D. Bare Minerals make up, which is good for your skin. Also, if you do apply your make up with a brush, wash it regularly. Bacteria builds up on the brush, too.
Needless to say, my acne still increases with pregnancy. It’s annoying…
I want to add that any doctor I have talked to says to not use anything with alcohol on your skin. That can make it worse because it’ll dry your skin out, causing it to produce excess oil due to the dryness, and it will clog more pores…..You might want to research that one.

Michelle answers:
Nothing is going to stop conception, natural or unnatural and once it creates a new life, then it becomes your responsibility whether you allow that to go on or not.

Is there a natural way to have your body release a pregnancy?
I am 3 months along, and found out that the fetus does not have a heartbeat. I do not want to have a procedure done at the hospital, but if my body does not pass this pregnancy by itself in the next few days, I do not have a choice. I am looking for natural remedies.

Natural remedies for headaches during pregnancy?
There might be no such thing but I’m suffering a bad sinus infection which I am having medication to get rid of (going on 3 days now) and it is my mother’s 50th birthday tomorrow and I would REALLY like to enjoy it without all this constant headache pain.
Now, the medication might finally kick in by then and finally get rid of the headaches, but if not – what can I do???
Is there anything? Just got over Swine Flu – yep! – and I’m 19 Weeks 3 Days pregnant. I guess you can say I have had enough already! X
By the way, I drink TONNES of water to stay hydrated!
Thanks for your help if there is any!
Michelle answers:
Honestly, someone said decaffeinated tea, but a little bit of caffeine might work as well. And the Netti pot is good that someone recommended. I have had a sinus infection before, on my birthday, of course and my head was throbbing so bad I could of sworn I was having an aneurysm. Lots of sleep will probably help as well. I sometimes get sinus headaches so bad that do not go away until I take some tylenol or sudafed and sleep. Sorry that you are having all these issues. It’s not fun having this on top of all the usual pregnancy stuff. I do hope that you feel better hun.
