Paranoid about pregnancy after D&C?

I had a natural miscarriage August 28, 11 then got pregnant again right away with no AF in between. Unfortunately it also ended in MC but I had a D&C on October 27, 11 since the MC did not seem to be happening naturally and the baby no longer had a heart beat. I started taking the pill exactly one week after the procedure and the spotting and all pregnancy symptoms had subsided at that time but then just the spotting started up again about my 3rd day on the pill and the spotting continued, stopped for 2 days last week and then continued again. I now have only 2 more days left of the active pill and my spotting has stopped again, but what really has me paranoid is that I now have sore nipples and breasts, nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, and abdominal discomfort which has gradually come on over the past few days (but no cramping or fullness). I have been pregnant a total of 7 times with 3 live births, 2 ectopic pregnancies, and then the two miscarriages in a row (in that order). My first ectopic was while on the Depo Shot so I know birth control is not 100%.

It has been 8 years since I have taken the pill and I am now taking tri sprintec which is the generic to orhto tri cyclen which i took about 16 years ago. I remember having what I thought were pregnancy symptoms but at the time I had never been pregnant so i did not know the intensity of the symptoms and I did not get them all.

I have been taking home pregnancy tests to monitor my hcg levels and they went down to only test faintly positive over a week ago but that last bit of hcg seems to be lingering because I still tested faintly positive yesterday.

I feel as if something is not right, whether it be another pregnancy, something left from the last pregnancy, or maybe it’s just because I’m paranoid. I really want another baby, but right now is way too soon after the two MC and the most recent was treated with D&C. That is why I am on the pill which I have taken religiously, and my husband and I have only had sex a few times but yes we had sex. I don’t even think I have ovulated but I just don’t know. I didn’t think I’d get pregnant so soon after the last MC especially since I only have one tube but I did.

I don’t know what to do. I don’t even know what to ask. I feel like an idiot for being so concerned about this. How can I ease my mind without going to the OB and embarrassing myself. Obviously I should get my period in a few days when I start my inactive pills, but this last stretch is driving me crazy and I am tempted to just skip the last few active pills to start my period now.

Is it normal to have this many intense pregnancy symptoms on the pill?

Morning sickness. But very irregular periods, so slim chance of pregnancy?

Best to say now, I’ve been to my doctors about my very irregular periods. But he won’t prescribe me the pill or anything else until I get another period. I think I have ovarian cysts, as it runs in my family, but the tests won’t be carried out to see, as apparently it’s a waste of time. So please don’t tell me to see my doctor, because I have, and he obviously thinks it’s nothing to worry about.

And 6 months ago I came off the pill after an allergic reaction.
Been off the pill for that long and not had a natural period since. I’ve had spotting though.

Well, I took a pregnancy test 3 weeks ago and it was what I thought it would be; after having unprotected intercourse for 3 months prior nothing had happened.

This is where things get weird…

I have four symptoms; slightly sore breasts (they’ve improved though over the past month), larger breasts and nipples (but no change in colour) and morning sickness.

The morning sickness I’ve had for the past week. I thought it was having a tummy bug but if it is, it’s very odd. I was felt sick last Wednesday morning, threw up on Friday. And then was fine Friday Saturday Sunday & Monday. But I was sick again today as well.
It’s almost as soon as I’ve eaten breakfast or my first meal of the day, no matter what it is.

Any ideas what this could be?

Hello everyone, my name is not important, im a stupid little teenager who made a very very BAD decision. i have sex with my girlfriend its protected but then first i fit the condom its upside down so i flip it now so yes it fits already, im not in my mind in that moment so i did not think to get a new one but then before that i was trying to put my thing to her thing but my thing did not go trough yet so i ask her to get a condom, first. i don’t masturbate so when i get horny i ejaculate fast, but then i don’t feel that i ejaculate sperm, like a bit, im scared that i did.. but then no, but i don’t know…. im scared that i ejaculate kind of bit sperm when were trying or might the condom that i wear upside down got it.. like 2 months and half now.. i been searching so many facts about pregnancy.. i believe that once you got your period means you are NOT pregnant.. and then some people said that it happen rarely to some people, some said its common to some people etc.. sorry.. im now confuse.. after we have sex, God,Jesus gave me a good news i believe.. my girlfriend got her period 3 times now.. now shes having her period like its her 5th day today.. before like 2nd period after sex, same she told me that her vagina is like going to drop of because her period is so heavy (sorry for being kind of nasty)… like a week now.. i buy a pregnancy test at target and the brand is “first respond” (how accurate is this thing?) and i pray. and i let her used it. its negative .(not pregnant)..
after that. her 3rd period comes like next day after she test..
and now its been her 3rd period like what i said after we have sex.. but she only use the first pregnancy test there is 1 more left. but then she said that its not going to work if you have your period. and she sort of feelin some symptoms of pregnancy that make me go crazy like i knocked on every wood i pass. is it natural for some how to feel some kinda headache , breast ache, but no vomiting or trowing up.. (god.. help me) and things like that? she said that it happened to her before like we have sex. she also said that it happened or she feel it when her chest grows.. AND NOW I THINK IM TURNING INSANE.. I DID NOT MEAN ALL THIS!!.. im just curious.. Help me guys..

PREGNANCY BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM AND I DONT KNOW WHY?? HELP?

I really dont understand whats going on i just got off the “implanon” which is a form of birth control leading in a upper arm implantation. i started having problems with it like: cramps on and off period break though and lots of spotting so i had it removed in August of 2010 i had it in only for 4 months, resulting in 2 periods since then and i noticed they are 3 days shorter then before i started the birth control, im odviously TTC (trying to conceive) my first period was ok but my second one was 4 days long and i spotting 2 days afterwards and that lasted 3 days i tested for pregnancy a couple days afterwards (last week) but negative, so i think my body is just trying to get back to normal but i have been tracking my Ovulation days and period and just when i think im pergnant my period comes the test shades is one line for NEGATIVE.. i am aware that there are signs if the body is Ovulating….

1. Body Temp
2. CM (Cervical Mucus)changes
3. Soft-Lipped opened cervix
4. Lower right Stomach pain

and im pretty sure you know the rest so i looked online and examined my body and all the signs they all resulted positive but the Ovulation test and pregnancy test “blank-line-results-i-didnt-want-to-see” im healthy tell me why my body seem like there is no fertility life in it or has dead eggs or no eggs at all….lol… TTC but whats going on…UGH!!!
…. is there any medicine i can take that would make me more fertile (like affordable ones) or something thats more natural i could do i tried having sex every other day but still negative…..im kinda scared that i may not be able to have any kids, i dont have any now and i have only been trying for 2 months but how many month to go i just do know but its very stressful
