Looking for a website that has pictures of microscope slides for zoology?
Hi, I’m in a zoology class and am studying for a lab practical. I need pictures of common structures belonging to animals of the different phylums (porifera, cnidaria, etc) under a microscope. Anybody know of a good website where I can find pictures like this? Even one that expensively covers just one phylum would be helpful.
Thanks!

The Bible promises a wealthy and prosperous life for us?
I have a debate in bible, and I am disagreeing. Any ideas or bible verses that could help me out?
Michelle answers:
There is one scripture in the new testament they use to support this perverse gospel. It is in 1 John where he wishes his Christian friend that he prosper even as his soul prospers. That in no wise is saying that John was wishing him to get rich.
However …. There are MANY scriptures in the New testament that say that we should not be rich.
Luke 6:24 Jesus himself said, “Woe to you who are rich, for you are receiving your comfort in full.” But if you need more scriptures there are all these, too.
Luke 9″58 Jesus says, “The foxes have holes but the Son of Man hath nowhere to lay his head.”
Matt 4:8-9 Satan offers Jesus all the riches of all the kingdoms of the world. And what does Jesus do? He turns it down and sees it for what it is. A temptation of the flesh.
1 John 2:16 says, “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the father , but is of the world.”
1 Tim 6:9 says, “But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.”
James 2:5-7 Warns us not to heap up treasures for ourselves on this earth.
James 5 The whole chapter is rebuking the rich.
Matt 13:22 It’s the parable of the sower and the seed. It says, “He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word and he becometh unfruitful.”
Mark 10:17-23 Tells us of a good man who was rich who desired to enter the kingdom of heaven. Jesus told him that he had to sell all that he owned and give the money to the poor, then he could enter in.
And don’t forget the imfamous 1 Tim 6:10 “For the love of money is the root of all evil.” Those wishing to be wealthy and justify themselves say that it’s only those who LOVE their money who are in sin but if these pastors who preach the prosperity gospel and those who follow it don’t love money, then why is their focus on trying to use God to get money? This gospel teaches that money is the new testament blessing of all Christians. The more you have, the more you are blessed even though Paul sees it as a trade off and says he gave up all things that he might gain Christ.
99% of all scriptures used to supposedly support the prosperity gospel are pulled from the old testament. Keep in mind, under the old covenant, a man was blessed with wealth as a reward for being godly. But as we see, that is not the case under the new covenant. These pastors twist scripture in hopes of having wealthier parishoners which will in turn make them wealthier. God sees through them.

Why do the creators of the simpsons and south park hate family guy?
I read somewhere that when south park made the episodes making fun of family guy that the simpsons writers sent them flowers. Both shows have poked fun at family guy more than once and I just want to know why they dislike it. Personally I love all three shows.
Michelle answers:
Actually the creators of south park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have clarified their opinions on Family Guy on the DVD audio commentary, Parker stated “we totally understand that people love it, that’s why we put it in the show, we understand that it speaks to some people and it can just be a simple laugh and that’s great and we certainly don’t think it should be taken off the air or anything like that, we just don’t respect it in terms of writing”, later referring to the writers behind the show as “smart” but emphatically criticizing their overuse of “gag-humor”, in relation to the simpson, The Simpsons are the world’s most popular program, with 25 years on the air, with more than 500 episodes, 8 Emmy awards, a star on the Walk of Fame, are the most famous animated series and world famous, in the case of south park is the second most popular animated series of the earth, with 15 years on the air, with more than 230 chapters, 4 Emmy awards, an Oscar nomination for his controversial film, and a series of controversial religion news, policies and his famous phrase “”Oh my God! They Killed Kenny! You bastards … “, this series has earned a place on television and is perhaps the best series that currently exist, thanks to trey parker and matt stone (also famous for his play, winner of 9 Tony Awards , “the book of Mormon”), and finally family guy, the series has survived strikes by writers, unexpected cancellations and conflicts with his “rival” the Simpsons, this series with more than 11 years on the air (since opening until its cancellation in 2001 and his return in 2004) this series, turned out alternative “black humor” fox chain, and so far, only simpson is the world’s most popular series, with over 23 seasons is a fact that this series has already become part of the cultural and legacy of our planet and of humanity. I hope I have resolved your question. ???(^ _ ^)???
