Your Questions About Forever 21

Lisa asks…

Can I return my shirt to Forever 21 for a cash refund?

I bought a shirt from Forever 21 last week and I want to return it. I haven’t worn it yet or cut the tags off, and I still have my receipt. Can I get a cash refund? Thanks in advance.

Michelle answers:

Forever 21 only offers exchange or store credit for returns. They should have told you the return policy, employees can get in trouble for not letting you know.

Paul asks…

Is Forever 21 a good brand to buy dresses?

I need a dress for a banquet and i’m wondering if Forever 21 is a good place!

Michelle answers:

Daniel asks…

How long does forever 21 take to ship to Australia?

It doesn’t say anything at the checkout, I was just curious as to when to expect it because I’m going away in two weeks. Oh and forever 21 is an American clothing store 🙂

Michelle answers:

I don’t have a problem with forever 21 just there shipping company, United Business Express! I thought it was priority international, and right now I don’t feel prioritized over any other shipping method. Apparently p it takes 24 hours for there tracking page to update, my package was suppose to arrive in Sydney at 6:30am (local time) it’s now 1:29pm.. Still says that my package is scheduled to arrive in Sydney at 6:39AM,. I don’t even know where it is because I have to wait so long for it to update itself:.By the time it’s on its way to Brisbane, I will only just be learning that it made its Sydney’. WTF forever 21 and UBxpress get your *** together.. I could have used my “myus” account and paid $10 more shipping and it would have been here yesterday?.

Sandra asks…

How do I go about reporting a district manager at a Maryland Forever 21. I want results!?

The district manager at Forever 21 in Maryland is very rude. She gossips more than anyone there and keeps a lot of drama in the stores going. People are scared to complain seeing she is the DM and if their name is leaked, they could be working in hell. She breaks policy, and does not help the needs of her management. What steps should I take? I want to go as high as possible.

Michelle answers:

This is a highly internal matter to your specific company. You need to contact the main corporate headquarters in Los Angeles and ask to speak with Human Resources on how to proceed. You can call using a borrowed phone if you want to avoid being identified.
