What Size Should I Go With For the Forever 21 Floral Mary Jane Heels?
I finally found the forever 21 floral mary jane heels that I’ve been looking for forever (they’ve been sold out everywhere it seems!) but the only problem is I found them in an 8 and a 10, and i’m a size 9. Should I go smaller or bigger in size, I’ve neer bought forever 21 shoes so I don’t know if they run small or large. Help would be greatly appriciated!

What questions a retail clothing store like Forever 21 would ask in a interview?
forever 21 is having a job fair in my city and im definitely going! so i need to practice on my interviewing skills. just to let you know this is going to be my first interview soo i dont know what questions their going to ask. mind you that im 16 years old dont have alot of experience in employment. also what questions should i ask for the position that i want (sales associate) 🙂 thanks.

I’ve been interviewed and have held many interviews myself in retail. There’s a few questions that i’m sure you’ll be asked.
What are your strengths? (i.e. Organization, multitasking, etc)
What are your weaknesses? ( don’t say you don’t have one! Talk about a true weakness you have, but that you plan on working on it. I.e. You try to take on too many tasks at once, but you are going to level your workload)
What do you know about the brand? ( style, consumers, promotions)
Why would you want to work here? (don’t say for the discount!)
