Food Network Key Lime Bundt Cake?

So awhile back my mom and I were stuck in the Ft. Lauderdale airport and ate at the Food Network Kitchen restaurant that they have there. While the food was pretty good they had the most delicious key lime bundt cake! This stuff was seriously to die for!

I have had the biggest craving for this cake lately but since I live in Utah I cant just go get it at any old place. If any one has any idea of how to make this I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it!

What do baking shows do with all the extra food?

Well, I was watching Halloween Wars on the food network, and these teams make these huge sculptures out of pumpkin, cake, rice cereal treat things, pulled sugar, fondant, chocolate, etc. They get scored, and one team wins the challenge then one goes home (obviously).
Well..what do they do with all the food afterward?! Do they just throw it away?
