Your Questions About Food Network

Linda asks…

What do you add to pillsbury cinnamon roll orange icing to make it more of a frosting of glaze?

I saw a woman making flat cakes on food network. She rolled out cinnamon rolls between two pieces of parchament and then pressed them in chopped pecans and baked them. Then she did something with the orange icing they make to make it more of a dip/glaze type thing. It looked sooooooo good but I cant remember what she did.

Michelle answers:

Heated jam. Mix it in with the icing.

Maria asks…

How do you make those cheese crackers?

Like the ones you see on the food network where you take the cheddar or Parmesan cheese and you bake it in the oven or something. How long do you bake it for and at what temperature?

George asks…

What is a good meal to make with chicken and peppers?

me and my cousin have been watching the food network all day and we want to make a gourmet meal like the chefs do. we want to use chicken and maybe peppers.

Michelle answers:

If you want a gourmet meal like food network, go to food network.com. Otherwise, you could make chicken with sauteed peppers, onions and tomato served over yellow rice. Just add in some Spanish seasoning like sazon and adobo.

Sandra asks…
