Where can I watch (Online for Free) the first series’ episodes of The Next Food Network Star? especially season 1-5?
The best I can locate are only clips, or the past few years, and I’ve seen those. I want to see the beginnings and how the program developed.

Have you tried:

Is your TV/Satellite provider DISH Network? They have past episodes on “Dish On Demand” you could check into.

But I THINK I found it for you at this link:

Steven asks…

What’s your favorite show on Food Network?

Michelle answers:

I have many favorites on the Food Network. I really enjoy Barefoot Contessa because she really gets into her cooking and I also like Everyday Italian for the same reason. They make it look so easy. Good Eats is impressive to and he is very entertaining and educational. Oh yeah, and I love Unwrapped. I am a food network junkie. Can you tell?

Laura asks…

How to make authenthic italian food?

Chef Michel (italian cook who was on the food network) said for carbonara…people use milk (I believe)because they like it creamy…but he used parmesano regano (a cheese)….i think that is the only difference because u can find italian pasta in the store….and the other youtube videos…that was the only difference…
how about for primavera? shoul the recips on food network be authentic?

Michelle answers:

Not all of the recipes on Food network will be traditional Italian. Your best bet is to look for Mario’s recipes there (very authentic/traditional). Some of Giada’s recipes are traditional as well, but she mixes it up a bit.
