Firefox ?

I like firefox MUCH better than IE but on certain occasions i would have a ff winfdow open and it shows the window error thing. i go back and it was firefox is already running or something s i cant use it…

Michelle answers:

Well sometimes i encounter the same problem hehe… Think its a bug in firefox. But its nothin to worry abt. Hold alt+tab and if theres firefox select it from the small window u gettin. If u get the error again go to task Manger and then to processes. In that u’l find firefox.exe runnin. Click that and hit end process. That will quit firefox and u can run firefox frm da desktop shortcut again.

Paul asks…

FireFoX????????

I always hear that Fire fox is better than Internet Explorer and its faster safer ect….But what are the bad things about firefox?

Michelle answers:

I really don’t know of any bad things, since it’s open source. The only complaints I have are that cut and paste could be done a little better; and it should allow shortcuts like Internet Explorer. I really don’t like bookmarks.

On the plus side of things, it allows Java and Javascript.

Microsoft tried to set the standard for both programming languages, but Sun Microsystems wouldn’t put up with any of that, so Microsoft purposely crippled all future versions of it’s browser – and as a result – Internet Explorer will no longer enable Java or JavaScript. Also, Dynamic HTML is disabled. That was supposed to be one of the next steps, in the evolution of the internet.

Microsoft and it’s monoploy have done more to cripple the internet, than all of the spammers, virus writers, adware / malware writers, software pirates, and hackers combined.
