What is the possibility of me getting my FedEx package 2 days earlier?
it’s scheduled to arrive Wednesday Sep. 22 by 4:30PM but in the tracking information it says its already on a fedex vehicle ready for delivery. I’m excited I don’t wanna go anywhere now! haha
it’s only 9:30am I wonder if it will come before noon? anyone out there who works knows someone or has worked at fedex who can help me? š
Michelle answers:
The tracking system is the best way to get information updates on your FedEx package. The gods blessed you and will receive your package shortly. Packages are scanned upon arrival to checkpoints, so your package should be delivered today (if the scan was made this morning or early afternoon.)

Can you use a regular envelope when shipping through fedex?
Can you use a regular envelope instead of one of FedEx envelopes when shipping some through them?
Michelle answers:
Yes, but they may place your envelope into one of their FedEx envelopes.

Does Fedex stop by businesses at the end of the day to pickup stuff?
Does fedex stop by businesses near the end of the day to pickup packages automatically or only if the business calls for a pickup? A package for me using my fedex account info is supposed to be shipped from a business and i’m not sure if i should call fedex to schedule a pickup. it is a major business in a industrial business park but a stand alone building.
Michelle answers:
It deoends on what arragement they have with fedex all I can is maybe
but if there is a fedex drop box in the buildig they will
check the drop box every day
next time I would have taken to a fedex location myself
(that way you know its in fedex hands )

Where will my FedEx package be dropped off?
I ordered a book from Borders and it is being shipped by FedEx. It’s fairly small. Will the package be dropped off in the mailbox or on my frontstep? Will someone have to sign for it?
Michelle answers:
I would expect it to be dropped off on your front step, since the mailbox is only for the USPS. Anyone else using it is actually a violation of postal regulations.
As far as signing for it goes, it depends on the policy of FedEx where you live. Technically, they’re meant to get signatures for almost all packages, but in many small towns and such (like where I live), they disregard that rule unless the sender specifically requests one.
If in doubt, and nobody will be home, just leave a signed note on your front door on the day it’s due to be delivered, asking them to just leave it. Then they can take the signed note in place of your signature, and will leave the package.
