Your Questions About Facebook Login

Laura asks…

How do I get my computer to not remember my password on facebook ?

My brother just got a facebook and we share a computer, it remembers my pass word, how do I make sure it doesn’t?

Michelle answers:

Go to browser preferences and security section. There must be an option about keeping You passwords and logins. Just delete it / empty it / clear it.

You should also clean history and cookies (also browser settings).

Next time when You will visit facebook and try to log in browser will ask You “do you want to remember this password?’ then of course answer “NO” because You won’t that.

Good luck.

Donald asks…

Is there a way to see your old tweets on Facebook? Like the old status updates feature?

Recently Facebook added the “old status updates” feature, where you can see your old statuses made. Is there a way to see your old tweets on it too?

Michelle answers:

The Facebook social-networking website allows you to tell all of the Facebook users in your network what you are doing by posting a status update to the Facebook News Feed. This is one of the main ways of communicating with other Facebook users and is an essential part of using the Facebook website. If you want to see the previous status updates you have posted to Facebook, you can do so in a few steps by viewing the “Wall” section of your Facebook profile.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

1
Open the computer’s Web browser and navigate to the Facebook log-in page (facebook.com). Type your Facebook account email and password in the spaces provided and click the “Login” button to log in to your account.

2
Click the “Profile” button in the upper-right corner of your Facebook homepage to view your profile.

3
Scroll down to the “Wall” section of your Facebook profile. All of your previous updates will be displayed on your profile’s Wall. If you want to view more updates, click the “Older Posts” link at the bottom of your profile’s Wall, and Facebook will generate more posts.

Lizzie asks…

How can i delete an old Facebook account and create a new one using the same E-mail?

I want to delete my old Facebook account and start over with a new one but when I try to delete the old page and sign up for a new one it says ‘there is already an account associated with this e-mail’.

Michelle answers:

You can’t use the same e-mail.

Edit: The people that are saying deactivate your account are also right, that will hide your facebook account so nobody can view it. But you still won’t be able to use the same e-mail. It doesn’t really “delete” your account it basically just hides it from everyone until you login next.

If you want to start completely fresh you need a new e-mail.

Daniel asks…

How can i delete my facebook account thats been hacked Into without having actual acess to my account?

It is the second time its been hacked into, and this time theyve changed my login email, so i cannot reset my password. They are sending innapropriate messages to people pretending to be me, someone help me pleaseeee?!:-(

Michelle answers:

Have they also hacked your email account..? If not so you’ve been emailed a link by facebook for confirmation of change of primary email address and password(earlier). Try it. Or otherwise try forgot password on facebook and see for you don’t have access to it or something like that. I hope it helped.
