Your Questions About Fox 23

Steven asks…

What is a website where I can adopt baby foxes or just foxes?

If anyone has to say they are dangerous, they’re not. I just want to know where i can find a good reliable website to buy a pet fox.

Michelle answers:

Wel, I rehabbed for 23 years, I can tell you wildlife IS dangerous ( I rehabbed fox also) and not meant to be kept as pets . Think about it from the animals view and you will make a wise decision. They want to live free not with us. There is a reason they are called wildlife. It’s cruel to make them live as we want and not them .I took care of many ,many animals that took lots of time and money to rehab from some well meaning humans imprinting. There are sooo many animals in shelters that need a good home maybe you could consider a better choice like that. Most places it is illegal to own and there is a good reason for that. The fines can be very high as well . Hope this helps you think about this a bit.

Chris asks…

What is the worst season of The Simpsons?

I just watched Season 14 and that was horrible until I watched a recent new episode on Fox. Compared to the new garbage even Season 14 seems passable. We all know The Simpson’s had there golden era form Seasons 3-8 so to you, which is THE WORST season of The Simpson’s?

Michelle answers:

Without comparing to 90’s seasons 10 to 15 are pretty good too. But whatever you do don’t watch last three seasons especially the most recent one season 23.
The episodes in this one are just fail remakes of the older ones like homer gets a new co worker in 1st and 4th episode. Krusty once again gets cancelled in 8th episode. Marge finds a new hobby again in another. School tries to correct bart yet again. When homer gets promoted shit happens which has been done so many f***ing times!
And the worst one is threehouse of horror which used to be a peak in every season but this one…meh.
I dont know what fox is planning to do but in my opinion they should’ve stopped the show around season 14 or 15.

Mary asks…

How do I build a rabbit hutch?

I’m getting a rabbit soon, and I need to keep it outside as much as possible. Unfortunately, where I live, there are a few foxes and coyotes. Does anybody have any tips on how to keep my baby rabbit safe outside???

Michelle answers:

Whether you’re interested in raising rabbits for 4-H, or simply want to own one as a pet, you’re going to need a home for it. Spend a considerable amount of money for one ($100 or more) at a pet-supply shops, or do it yourself and save the money. Follow the steps below and build a rabbit hutch in no time!

Materials you will need:
Length of chicken wire, 24?x96?
2 door hinges
Hook and eye latching device for the door
2 sheets plywood, 24?x72?x3/4?
2?x4?s, 8? In length, 8
Two 1?x2? Boards, 6? Long
Staples
Tools:
Wire cutters
Pliers
Regular screwdriver
Hammer
3? Nails, 1 pound
Measuring Tape (Learn how to read a tape measure)
Straight edge
1? Nails, 1 pound
Building the Frame:
Decide how big the cage will be. If your cage will be for only one rabbit, you might want to consider a slightly smaller hutch. Just make the dimensions smaller. This cage will hold two to three rabbits comfortably.

Construct the frame for the cage using 2?x4? Boards. Cut 4 boards to 48? Long. Cut 8 boards to 24? Long. Using the hammer, join one 48? Board to one 24? Board so that it forms an L.
Note: The end of the 24? Board should be joined to the 48? Board so that the 4? Widths are on the left and right side of the L. The 2? Width should be facing you when you are looking directly at the board.
The cage will be 48? Long, so the 24? Board will be on the inside part of the final frame – nail the end of the 24? Piece to the last 2? Of the 48? Piece.
Use nails and hammer to attach a second 48? Piece to the opposite side of the 24? Piece. Be careful to nail the end of the 24? Piece to the last 2? Of the 48? Piece once more. This will form an elongated U.
Nail a second 24? Piece to the last 2? Of the 48? Boards. This will form a rectangular frame. Lie the frame on the workbench with one 48? Board facing you and the 24? Boards pointing away from you.
Next, nail a 24? Board to each corner of the frame. The board should point upward toward the ceiling. Nail the boards so that the 4? Widths are facing you from each of the four corners.
Nail a 48? Board between the two 24? Boards facing you, so that the upright rectangle before you exactly resembles the one lying on the workbench but is perpendicular to it.
Repeat step 8 on the opposite side of the workbench – or turn the project 180 degrees and nail another 48? Piece between the 24? Upright boards.
Nail a 24? Board at the top of the two 24? Upright boards. Turn the project 180 degrees and repeat the same step.
The resulting shape will be rectangular on two sides, as well as the top and bottom. The ends will form a 2? Square.
Finishing the Frame:
Cut two 2?-square pieces of 3/4? Plywood and attach these to the square ends of the hutch with nails. Place a nail every 3 inches along the perimeter of each square so that the ends are securely attached.
Cut a rectangular piece of plywood 24?x48?. Nail this to the back of the hutch in the same manner as the ends.
Cut a 48? X24? Pieces of small chicken wire. Staple or nail this to the bottom of the hutch.
Cut one 24?x24? Piece of chicken wire. Nail or staple this to the top of the hutch on the left half of the top. Cut a 24?x24? Piece of plywood. Nail this to the top of the hutch on the right half of the top.
Cut two lengths of 1?x2? Board to 46? Each. Cut two lengths of the same board to 24? Each. Attach the 24? Lengths to the ends of the 46? Boards to form a rectangle 46?x24?.
Cut a piece of plywood to 23?x 24?. Nail the plywood to the right half of the 1?x2? Rectangle.
Cut a piece of chicken wire to 23? X24?. Nail or staple the chicken wire to the right half of the rectangular door.
Attach the hinges to the 46? Long top of the door. Attach the other ends of the hinges to the 2?x4?x48? Board that faces the front so that the door to the cage swings upward.
Attach the hook and eye latching mechanism. The door should now open and shut freely, and be secure when it is latched.
Adding the legs:
Turn the cage upside down. To the corners of the 2?x4? Frame, nail 48?-long 2?x4?s so that they reach upward toward the sky. Be sure that the legs are of equal length, so that the cage sits evenly on the ground.
Turn the cage right side up again.
Finishing touches:
Stain or paint the outside of the project if desired, or allow it to weather naturally.
Add partitions or accessories to the inside of the cage as desired.
Don’t forget to add food and water for your rabbit.
Invite your rabbit to take possession of its new home!

Hope I Helped 😀

Your Questions About Fox News

Sandy asks…

What Will Our Future Generation’s Think of Fox News Channel will it be compared with Evil Propaganda?

Many today despise Fox News Broadcasting as totally despicable and dishonest lacking in facts and balance.

What will future generation’s be reading about Fox New’s of the 90’s-00’s?

Even today people hate it so in the future people might think wow american’s were really dumb back then like when we look back at slavery an stuff an bad stuff we did in the past today.

Michelle answers:

From your spelling and grammar, I assume you’re a proud product of the public schools.

Future generations will see Fox News as intelligent people see it today: the only unbiased news source in the mainstream media.

Mary asks…

What network is as biased to the Left as Fox News is biased to the Right?

Is there any news network that is AS biased to the Left as Fox News is to the Right?
ABC, NBC, PBS, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC?

Michelle answers:

Fox News is for Republicans what MSNBC is for Democrats.

MSNBC got their @sses handed to them for YEARS by Fox News. So they decided to just adopt the Fox News business model (put partisan shills on TV and call it a “news” network).

CNN, on the other hand, has mastered the art of fluff journalism. It’s why their ratings are going down. Nobody wants to watch watered down quasi entertainment stories being passed off as news. They try to cast themselves as being in the “center” because they have partisan hacks from BOTH sides on TV bloviating when they talk politics.

Betty asks…

Why did Fox news correspondent Brit Hume act strange and moody when he announced Obama won the election?

Why did Fox news correspondent Brit Hume act strange and moody when he announced Obama won the election?
Anyone see him, how quiet he got and almost had an attitude when the numbers came in?

Unprofessional much?

Michelle answers:

Brit Hume is an American television journalist and commentator. He is currently senior political analyst for Fox News and a regular panelist on Fox News Sunday. He was previously the Washington, D.C. Managing editor of Fox News and the anchor of Special Report with Brit Hume.

Steven asks…

What do you think of fox news right now promoting getting rid of electoral vote?

Amazing how this channel operates. Right now this woman talking about how electoral vote should count. That’s not what fox news said on 2000, this channel is clearly conservative 99%.

Michelle answers:

The issue brought forth by FOX was NOT about “getting rid of the electoral vote” but it was about how the electoral vote has been question by BOTH parties in the past.

But just as your President has done for the past four years….deceived the American public with BS…you can also do the same with your half baked nonsense!

Your Questions About Fox News

Donald asks…

Why does Fox News seem to only find blacks being racist to whites?

CNN could BOLD examples of whites being racist to blacks. Why could Fox News find the same?

Michelle answers:

You’re not expecting rational thought from Fox News are you? Say it isn’t so. Fox stopped reporting the news years ago. Yellow journalists shudder when you mention Fox for fear that you might consider Fox on par with them. That is just plain disrespectful to the yellow journalists of this world.

Donna asks…

Who do you think will benefit most from 0bama attacking Fox News?

Myself personally the more he and the rest of the media bash Fox News, the more people are going to watch Fox News. So for Fox, it’s a win win situation.

Michelle answers:

Definately Fox News. I don’t think Americans like Obama trying to shut-down freedom of speech in any form. And, I’m not just talking about republicans. I think there are many democrats, independents, etc. That don’t like where this administration’s agenda is going. Obama needs to leave our rights alone, and get to work. From what I’ve seen he hasn’t done a thing since he’s been in office.

George asks…

Why do people want to tell fox news what to broadcast?

If they do not broadcast what you wish to hear, you already don’t watch it aren’t you?

Why do people want to tell fox news what to broadcast and if it doesn’t fit them they say its right-wing propaganda tv?

Propaganda show one side, fox news doesn’t do that even if anarchists and liberals say they do.

Michelle answers:

People that are afraid of the truth do not like Fox news. They pull no punches. Sometimes they take the wrong path, but have been known to correct thier mistake. They are not afraid to take on any issue. Thats what scares people that want to hide facts.

James asks…

What happened to the talking heads on Fox News friday night?

Friday night, after the release of the report where Palin was found guilty of abuse of power in trooper-gate, Fox News talking heads Bill O’reilly, Sean Hannity, and Gretta Van Sustran were all MIA!

I think they were on a conference call with the McCain camp getting their talking points: what do you think?

Michelle answers:

I was thinking the exact same thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were busy trying to figure out if they should continue on their extreme Obama smear campaign or just act more “balanced” now that it seems Obama is running away with the win.

With Fox News I never cease to be amazed how terrible and unprofessional their reporting is. They call themselves “Fair and Balanced” and use the slogan “We Report. You Decide.” but their reporters so often inject their own personal opinions and feelings into what they are reporting. It’s very hypocritical.

And when they sit around the couch with others they often throw around their opinions so much that I often forget I am watching what is supposed to be the news and feel more like I am watching a gossip/talk show.

If you watch their channel lately it seems that ten minutes won’t pass that they don’t directly or indirectly say something bad about Obama. I mean of course they should report anything bad about anyone but it is far too obvious already that they have some sort of agenda going on. At this point it is so blatantly obvious that all those Fox News defenders/apologists you see around the net look like fools for their “Fox News is not biased” or “Fox News is the only fair news out there” comments.

Unfortunately, their overly anti-Obama stance and side comments will surely get worse as election day gets closer. =(

Your Questions About Fedex

Donald asks…

Does FedEx let you know the status of your package if you provide them with the delievery address?

I actually ordered some stuff off of ebay and was wondering provide the delievery address, would fedex let you know the status of your item or not?

I am asking this question because i cannot a hold of that person, and he has not provided the tracking number yet, he said that he’ll ship the item on friday, he told me that thursday night.

Now im wondering that if he has shipped the item on friday(overnight express) via fedex will i be recieving the item today monday, columbus day or not?

Michelle answers:

You can ask FedEx if they will tell you, but having the tracking number is better.

Richard asks…

What is the possibility of anthrax or something like that in a fedex delivery?

I am being sent something by a complete strange via fedex. He sent gave me the tracking number and everything. According to fedex.com, it should be here in a few hours. What is the chance that it may harm me? Supposedly it is a check for a job that I have no clue over. I need the money but not at the cost of my life.

Michelle answers:

If they detected anything, FedEx wouldn’t have let it pass this far.

Of more concern to me would be that it sounds like a Nigerian 419 Email Scam.

Just sayin’.

Lizzie asks…

How long will my fedex ground package to come from California to Connecticut?

I bought a dress and the package is 2 Lbs. I am using FEDEX Ground…

Michelle answers:

5 to 7 days
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number.

Then go to fedex.com & track it’s progress.

Ken asks…

If you send a fedex package to a house that has been reposessed?

If i have a package sent through FedEx to a repossessed house would i be able to stay there or pick up the package from that location?
well I plan on probly camping out there … no one lives in this house and so should i be able to get the package?

Michelle answers:

If you are not inside the house when the parcel arrives, you will need to show your ID to prove that you live there. It’s easier to call Fedex with the tracking # and request to have the parcel re-directed to a different location, or ask them to hold the parcel at a Fedex facility near you and pick it up in person.

“Routing and Rerouting:
FedEx may reroute shipments when authorized by the sender subject to the following conditions:

1. A special handling charge will be billed to the account number specified on the FedEx airbill for each rerouted package, and it will appear as an address correction on the invoice. This charge will not be applied when a package is changed to Hold at FedEx Location and the FedEx location is in the same city as the city on the airbill. Otherwise, the special handling charges will apply. See Rates in the FedEx Service Guide or online FedEx Retail Counter Rates Book for details.
2. To reroute a shipment, the sender must call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and provide us with a FedEx account number, the FedEx tracking number, the new destination and a valid contact telephone number for the recipient.
3. We may not honor a reroute request from the recipient other than to Hold at FedEx Location within the original destination city.
4. Our money-back guarantee policy does not apply to shipments that are rerouted. We have no liability for any remedy for service failure for these shipments.
5. Only one reroute will be allowed per package.
6. FedEx may require photo identification of the person authorized to pick up the package.
7. FedEx may not reroute shipments when Adult Signature Required has been selected as a delivery signature option.
8. Dangerous goods may not be rerouted to an address other than the original intended-recipient’s address provided by the shipper. (Note: Shipments may be made available as hold for pickup or be returned to the sender.)
9. Any requested change to an address that is not a reroute or an address correction is a new shipment, and new shipping charges will apply.

We will determine the routing of all shipments, including the mode of transportation used, and may use air transportation, ground transportation or any combination thereof in providing our services. We reserve the right to divert any shipment (including use of other carriers) in order to facilitate its delivery.”

Sandy asks…

What’s the difference between forever 21 and XXI?

i saw it on the main website there’s XXI and Forever 21 .. what’s the difference?

Michelle answers:

XXI is the”department store”. It has a men’s section as well as the women’s section. Forever 21 is just for women. You can really tell the difference in the stores… Not so much online. But, that’s the difference :]

Ken asks…

What size shirt do i get at forever 21 if i have a 34 inch waist?

i want to get a shirt from forever 21.com and i have a 34 inch waist.when i looked at the size chart the only measurments they had were the bust measurments so what size do i get.extra small, small, medium,or large.please help.

Michelle answers:

I think that you should buy whatever size you normally get. That being said, it’s probably best if you go to the store to buy whatever you want. I say that because in almost every store I’m a size small, but in Forever 21, a Heritage 1981 L has fit me, so it depends.

Linda asks…

How much is Forever 21 clothing, on average?

I have a $75 gift certificate to forever 21. I was wondering, about how far will this take me? Is there a Forever 21 outlet?

Michelle answers:

At Forever 21, shoes are 20-30, tops are 10-25, dresses are 20-30, pants are 10-20, accessories are 1-10. So 75 should get you an outfit. No, they don’t have an outlet. Hope this helped!

Your Questions About Fox 23

George asks…

Why do Some people think that the Moon landing was faked?

We never discussed this in High School, and it was abit before my time, given I am almost 23. Why do people think that, and have they gone to the moon since?

Michelle answers:

I’m not patriotic, but we definitely landed on the Moon.

Some people are gullible, willing to believe anything they are told based on a few ‘facts’ without ever looking into it themselves. Anyone with a high school science education can debunk the Moon landing conspiracies – I know because I showed the Fox pseudo-documentary to a high school class and watched them debunk them all. It was beautiful.

Paul asks…

Who has accumulated the most points in Rugby World Cup history to date?

With the RWC only a few weeks away things are starting to heat up for us fans http://nz.blogs.yahoo.com/maninthestand/23/the-rugby-world-cup-clock-is-ticking I’m keen to get you all talking about it. So here’s the first of a series of questions I’ve got for you.

Michelle answers:

I’m pretty sure it’s Gavin Hastings (Scotland) – 227 points

followed by:

Michael Lynagh – 195
Johnny Wilkinson – 182
Grant Fox – 170
Andrew Mehrtens – 163

Charles asks…

Is there a fox terrier look a like dog breed?

I love the wire hair fox terriers. In some movies and on tv, it seems like they always have a dog that looks a lot like the fox terrier but bigger. Is this a different breed or does the breed size just differ? Thanks!!

Michelle answers:

Wire Fox Terriers come in two color combinations: white, black and tan (tricolor) or white and ginger (gingers). They cannot be confused with an Airedale Terrier, which is black and tan or grizzle and 23 inches tall at the shoulder. Wire fox terriers are approximately 15 1/2″ tall at the shoulders. It is possible that you are confusing the Wire Fox Terrier with a Parson Russell Terrier, which has similar coloration and is approximately 13-14 inches tall at the shoulder.

Sharon asks…

Doesn’t it bother you when Fox News says that Ron Paul and his supporters are racist?

Regardless of what Fox News says everyone knows that Ron Paul and most of his followers aren’t racist.

Can we say the same thing about Romney’s Rombots?

If anyone is racist here its Fox News and their rombot followers.

Michelle answers:

Yes they did Be Kind to Animals

And yes, it does upset me although CNN is just as bad

Paul asks…

What’s the difference between MySpace/Facebook status updates and Twitter?

I have friends who use MySpace/Facebook status updates constantly but they refuse to use Twitter. Isn’t it the same thing? Which is better MySpace, Facebook or Twitter and why?

Michelle answers:

Personally, I think Twitter is more simpler to use. I used to hate status updates on MySpace and when Facebook started using them, I felt like I was learning too much info on people’s lives. I felt like a stalker. Lol I started to get used to it though, and reading status updates are usually quite entertaining, I usually look at them more than any other thing on FB, but I just deleted my accounts on all of the sites, because I think I can do better things with my time. FB used to be so addicting, lol. But, I think it’s healthy also to keep yourself off those sites and develop face to face communications, more personal ways of communication- and less self disclosure. I mean social networking isnt all that bad, but I really don’t want to reveal so much of myself to people anymore, I’m learning alot about these things…

Laura asks…

How does facebook choose who to show when you deactivate your account?

I deactivated my Facebook and it showed me a list of 5 friends who “miss me”. How does Facebook generate that list? Is it based on who you interact with, or who looks at your account? Some of the people are people I barley talk to on Facebook.

Michelle answers:

It will just be Facebook trying to get you back on.

Your Questions About Firefox

Carol asks…

How can I change Firefox to use MY proxy again, instead of a random one from China?

A friend set up my Firefox proxy so that it was actually using a random proxy from China, instead my own.

I would like to change my Firefox settings so that I am no longer using someone else’s proxy. How can I change it back to my own?

Thank you in advance!

Michelle answers:

I would uninstall it and then reinstall. It’s free.
You can then set it up as you want.
To reinstall just goole mozilla or firefox and it’s done in minutes.
Make sure you uninstall first, internet explorer will temporarily take over and then mozilla will take it from there, Good luck

Joseph asks…

How do I switch the full screen mode on Firefox to regular mode?

My brother somehow by accident switched our Firefox internet to full screen and I don’t like it and I can’t find a way to get it off.Help?

Michelle answers:

Your brother must have pressed F11 key. This is what toggles Firefox between Full Screen and normal mode.

Mary asks…

How to I get Firefox to keep my bookmarks?

Every time I upgrade Firefox from 3.0, it loses my bookmarks. If I try to put them back, they go away when I close. This is also true for anything I add to the quicklinks toolbar. I have to keep going back to the old version. I’ve tried the whole finding your bookmarks file, but it doesn’t help. It still won’t save the bookmarks when I close firefox. Any suggestions or am I forever going to use the old version?

Michelle answers:

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history:
• http://kb.mozillazine.org/Bookmarks_not_saved

You should be able to export your bookmarks from the Bookmarks Manager by going to Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks… From FireFox, and then going to File > Export from the Bookmark Manager.

You could then save the file and send to yourself as an attachment in an email, or save to disk. Later you can Import your bookmarks by going to Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks…, File > Import, and selecting the “From File” option and clicking on Next.

There’s also a good tutorial for FireFox at http://mozilla.gunnars.net/firefox_bookmarks_tutorial.html which has some screen shots, too.

James asks…

How do I make Mozilla Firefox on my mac look like Windows?

I saw firefox on windows and it’s really big and colorful but on a mac it’s boring gray. How do I make it look like it does on Windows?

Michelle answers:

You can try installing different themes (look in your preferences -> appearence, or in add-ons).

Don’t use Firefox on a Mac though, it’s pretty slow. Safari has some nice features, Camino is a really good lightweight browser (based on the same engine as FF, but optimized for Mac) and Opera 10.6 is FAST and customizable.

James asks…

Do you know a site for good 5th grade writing prompts?

I am looking for some websites to down load writing prompts for fifth graders. I would like the prompts to be written on individual pages, preferably with the prompt and blank lines already formatted. I especially need Expository and Narrative prompts. I know there are sites out there, but I lost my writing files in the computer and I need to refind these materials. Please help.
