How do I contact FedEx about a shipping issue?
I purchased an item on Ebay and when looking at the tracking info I see this message: “Incorrect address – Apartment/Suite number” After that I see that it got to a FedEx warehouse. Now this just happened today, but I don’t want to find out in a week that it has just been sitting in a warehouse because they couldn’t sort out an address issue. Is there a number I can call to find out?

Call 1-800-go-fedex.
If there is not an apartment # it can’t be delivered.
I’m a FedEx home delivery driver. If a package is addressed w/o an appt # we usually got to the appt office to get the #. If there is no office I will call the phone # that is on the package or take it back to the terminal. They would then try to contact the receptiant.

How long will it take for my Fedex package to arrive?
I bought a 3ds on Ebay it was shipped Monday with Fedex ground. It was shipped from California to Alabama. how long do you think it will take to arrive? Thank you.
It was shipped with standard FedEx ground shipping.

Fedex ground takes about a week, so I’d think Tuesday since Monday is a holiday. If they gave you a tracking number, you can look it up on the Fedex web site and see where your package is.

Any penalty if sending a package to a residential address via Fedex Ground?
If I send a package via FedEx Ground, but the address is a residential address instead of Home delivery. Will I get any penalty of it?

You would not be changed any penalty. Actually, FedEx will make an adjustment for the shipping into your account after they found the address is not for business.

Is it safe to send packages to India? Ive sent documents to India threw fedex but are clothing items safe?
Im planning to move to India, but I want to take alot of clothes and I know it will be overweight in luggage at the airport so is it safe to send some of them by fedex? I worried that all my belongings wont get there safetly. Do people at customs take things out or steal ?Is there anything I should worry about?

Fedex is safe, But expensive.
Instead You can pay for additional luggage and carry with you. Much cheaper than sending thru fedex
