When the food network first launched on Nov. 23, 1993, what was the line-up, and what was the very first thing on air

The original lineup for the network included Emeril Lagasse (Essence of Emeril), Debbi Fields, Donna Hanover, David Rosengarten, Curtis Aikens, Dr. Louis Arrone, Jacques Pépin and Robin Leach. The next year the network acquired the rights to the Julia Child library from WGBH.

Are there any Korean food channels similar to Food Network either in the States or in Korea?
I am looking to find korean cooking shows kind of like Food Network. They do not have to be stations located in the States. Are there any links out there?

I only know of one korean food show that is called delicious tv or ??? Tv.
If you live in cali, you can watch it on channel 18, wednesday evenings at 1130.
