Your Questions About Food Network

Susan asks…

Who is the gray haired man on food network?

He’s not a chef or one of the people who has a show. I’ve seen him on “the next food network star” and shows like that. His hair is totally gray and he’s got blue eyes

Michelle answers:

Bob Tuschman

Donald asks…

ok i luved jaq! if he had not lied and left the show he would of won for sure!!! i also luved paul!!! well food network should make a jaq and paul show! paul’s happiness and perkyness makes it funny when he works with stressed jaq. i liked the deep fried meatloaf idea during to army thing eposide! that was the funniest show ever!!! lol! anyone else think about a jaq and paul show?

Michelle answers:

Helen asks…

Why are there no African Americans on Food network?

Am I the only one who noticed, and who is upset about the fact that there are no African American cooks with their own show on the Food Network…like Emeril or Rachel Ray? I love watching the food network but this really urks me.

Also, on the Next Food Network Star, everytime they had black contestants, they were the first to get eliminated. The judges never seemed interested in their dishes, but yet you have Paula Dean making all the soul food dishes that a black person would make.

What gives?

Michelle answers:

Warren Brown on Sugar Rush

Linda asks…

Does anyone know what may be the average salaries of Food Network channel’s chefs?

I was just curious to know how much do the chefs make in food network. esp. the popular ones like rachel ray, giada, ina garten, bobbly flay etc.

Michelle answers:

No idea, but I hope you get some answers from people in the know.
