Your Questions About Facebook Login

Sharon asks…

Why can’t I clear my email from the Facebook login page?

I’ve cleared recent history, including form data, restarted my computer, no matter what I do, the email keeps popping up. It’s totally annoying because I am trying to record a screen capture video and having to blur it out with video editing tools is a hassle.

Is this something to do with Facebook‘s persistent cookie issue? How do I get rid of this?

Michelle answers:

When clearing Recent history,,, you must check all aditional options (depending with your browser)

for firefox, Goto Tools >> Clear History >>
and click

also check all options…

Good Luck

Nancy asks…

How to delete my email from Facebook Login?

So one time I accidentally forgot to hit tab key when switching from my email to my password, so they, and my email, pop up underneath whenever I hit the first letter of my email on Google Chrome. It’s really annoying and makes me a little paranoid. How do I go about deleting this so that the suggestions don’t come up again? I tried deleting my “cookies” but that didn’t work. Thank you!

Michelle answers:

Select the suggestion and hit delete key

I can’t login to Facebook and I know my password is correct?

Yesterday I tried to logon to Facebook and it was saying my password is incorrect. The problem is that I can’t reset my password because the email address that I have associated my facebook account with is my old college email address which has been deactivated. I have no other email with my account. HELP! I don’t know what to do and i cant login!

Michelle answers:

Your account may be hacked or it was disabled for some reason

William asks…

Is there an alternative way to login to Facebook?

I’m trying tologin to Facebook through the “ssl.facebook.com/login.php”…but after i type in my username/pass it can’t finish the login. It gives me a “Data Transfer Interrupted” error. I’m pretty sure that if I could just login everything else would work fine.

Is there another way to login to Facebook without going through the login pages??

Thanks!

Michelle answers:

Well no, not really unless you use a web proxy such as
