How to induce a miscarriage?
I am 17 years old and me and my boyfriend had sex three times, and i got worried about a pregnancy, so we stopped. and a few weeks later, my period skipped. i am maybe 2-3 weeks into it, and im trying to find a natural way to indice a miscarriage. i do not want some doctor doing a weird thing to me, and i know there are ways to induce miscarriages and abortions in the home. i have heard of using parsley and taking vitamin C supplements, but im not sure if those will work. Is there any way to induce an early miscarriage of under a month pregnant?
Michelle answers:
There is no way to safely and effectively induce a miscarriage except to use safe, proven abortifacient drugs prescribed by a licensed abortion provider.
“i do not want some doctor doing a weird thing to me”
A good, reputable licensed doctor is not going to be “doing a weird thing” to you; he or she will simply perform an abortion or give you abortion pills to take. Doctors have a wealth of medical knowledge, access to safe drugs, the ability to assess your risk factors and determine the best course of action, and they can tell you what is normal, what is abnormal, and how to care for yourself during and after the abortion, as well as what to do in a rare emergency situation (say, you start getting a fever or hemorrhaging). There’s a reason why you need to see a doctor and cannot do this at home by yourself.
There is no such thing as a natural or home abortion. Either it isn’t effective and you’re likely to remain pregnant (or damage the fetus but not kill it), or it’s potentially deadly to you and can cause serious injury or death.
Let us know where you live and we can help you find out how to access safe abortion from a medical professional.
Hope that helps.

what do you think about this?
helo iam 19 years old. i have a 4 month old girl. IM happily married and have my own place.me and my husband dont really have money issues as we are starting to save up quite well. (then before!!) Anyway my pregnancy with my baby girl was great!! i was active, no sickness and i could eat anything!! But after i gave birth (all natural and everything healthy) i became very depressed. i was so anxious that i couldnt stay with my baby alone, i lost my apitite, i was soooo low i didnt get out the house, i had no idea how to change a nappy, bottle feeding or nothing. my hubby and family were so worried, i had no idea what was happening to me!! BUT after 2 months of bad depression i got soooo much better. i loved being with my lil girl and i mangae all by myself so well!! but i really want her to have a brother and i really want a son (not now but i wanna try for one in a couple of months) but im scared that my depresson i had before might f*** me up! but thats becoz i had no idea about babies, but now i do!!???
Michelle answers:
Post natal depression is common and at least you will be aware of it next time if you even get it again! When you become pregnant and talk to your midwife you can express your concerns so they can keep an eye on you. I would wait a while before having another baby, toddlers are very demanding. Enjoy your daughter now because you may have a completely different experience of pregnancy next time and you really need to be able to cope.

Does a hormome imbalance cause bleeding and clots while I am nursing? Doc thinks I have a cyst also- HELP!?
I have been bleeding for 2 1/2 weeks now. The first week was like a normal period, blood colors changing from brown to red to brown and finished. From the next day till now I’m having red heavy bleeding with clots daily. Some clots are large, most small. I am breastfeeding my 8 month old. She’s my 3rd breastfed child. I’ve never had these types of problems before. The doc I saw said she felt a fullness in my uterus, which she thinks is a cyst. I’m waiting to hear back from the results of my pap smear, which will still be a week to 10 days. I asked to have my blood drawn for anemia and to check my thyroid levels. Both of those results were normal. I was also tested for pregnancy to see if might be having a miscarriage, but that was also negative. the type of treatment I am doing is natural. Prenatal Vitamins, B-Complex, Magnesium, Red Raspberry, Evening Primrose Oil and Vit C. I will be starting a natural progerstone cream tomorrow to regulate my hormones…HELP!! Please!!
Michelle answers:
Yes, it is possible that a hormone imbalance like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (just using this as an example) can cause bleeding to occur making it act a lot like a period but isn’t.
I would recommend a consultation with an endocrinologist (a doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders that relate to hormones such as the thyroid-an example only) as well to see what they say depending on how the progesterone cream does.

Sex drive after baby?
I completely lost all of my sex drive after the birth of my daughter. I thought it was just due to pregnancy and the demands of taking care of a newborn. Well my daughter is now 7 months old and I have found that my desire for sex has still not returned. My daughter is sleeping through the night now, so lack of sleep really isn’t the problem. I have lost all of my baby weight and get regular exercise, etc., so that really isn’t the problem either. So I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how long did it take after the birth of your child for it to return…or is there a natural supplement I could try that might also help. I was also wondering if this is an issue that I should potentially mention at my next obgyn check up next month? Thanks!
Michelle answers:
Well for me it was because I was so scared of getting pregnant again. I was 19 years old when I found out I was pregnant with my twin boys (while taking the BCP). I could just imagine if I got pregnant again and had another set of twins…it kept me up at night. My husband agreed to have a vasectomy since I already underwent a c-section because of our sex life.
