Mark asks…
Does anybody have any natural remedies or tips on falling pregnant?
I have been trying for 5 years now with my husband, and we have both been tested for any problems why we couldn’t fall pregnant – and nothing has shown up.
We really only want to use IVF as a last resort.
Does anybody have any tips or stories that they can share with me.
Thanks in advance..
Sorry – I probably should have added that I am ovulating, and my husband does not have any problems with his sperm count.
Michelle answers:
Getting down to basics. When your husband climaxes, he then has to make sure that you have an orgasm after. The reflex action in your body literally dips into his sperm. So let him enjoy first, and that you climax after!!! Worked for me (3 times) and many friends who had waited and waited! Also, if he doesn’t wear boxer shorts as the norm, then he should! (wearing tight underpants reduces sperm count). Good luck!

Paul asks…
What would be the chances of a natural conception with a sperm count of 9 mill per ml?
and only 45% motility?
I’m guessing they’d be little more than zero and we’ve been told we’d need IVF with ICSI but we have no way of raising the £6,000 necessary for this.
Is there any point trying to do it naturally or do we just give up on ttc at this point?
Michelle answers:
My heart is with you! My OH has only 40% motility but he does have 24million per ml.
It only takes 1 swimmer though so you never know. I say keep trying as long as you can.

Laura asks…
My tubes are blocked at both ends, is there anything natural to take to help?
Had surgery and probably made the scarring worse. I`m blocked with scar tissue and only option i was told is IVF. Well I can`t afford this. And “clearpassage” is not affordable either. I know there is something else out there. I already have a child from previous marriage, so i know it`s possible.
Michelle answers:
Hi, my obgyn told me i had blocked tubes and sent me to a RE and he told me that i could have a surgery to open my tubes, or i could have IVF…
In Ontario, our health care covers most of the IVF procedure but the labs add in other costs where they still end up getting 3-4 thousand dollars out of you…
There is also a natural remedy called felopio that i have read about but waiting until i go to my new RE (for a second opinion)… This is the site for felopio http://www.felopio.com/
I have also heard great things about seeing an acupuncturist (sp?) although i have never been myself…. They are not too bad, about 70 dollars a visit…
Good luck to you!!
