Your Questions About Natural Pregnancy Prevention

Chris asks…

Are there other ways of pregnancy prevention other than the shot and the pill?

I’m married and I don’t want to take the pill or the shot, I just want a natural way of preventing pregnancies and still have sex. Anyone know any good ways?

Michelle answers:

Barrier methods, such as condoms, diaphragms, etc.

Or, the natural family planning, where you learn to recognize the times of the month where you would be fertile (by checking mucous thickness, vaginal temps, etc.) and avoid sex during those times.

Lizzie asks…

What happens during natural heat cycle in a non spayed female medium sized dog.?

this question is for a single never to be bred dog. just natural prevention of pregnancy. what happens to a single male?

Michelle answers:

They go in heat about every six months and will bleed for two weeks there private area will get quite swollen too. If a male is around he will smell her in heat and will breed with her. They have special pads for girl dogs that go on with special dog undies. Best thing is to keep them seperated until her period passes.

Sharon asks…

If contraception means the prevention of pregnancy, then whats all the fuss about?!?

Why is the church against artificial methods and favors natural methods when BOTH have the same purpose??? Why all the BS???

Michelle answers:

By “the church” you are of course referring to the Catholic Church.

Just wanted to make that clear, and also point out that there is a world full of people who call themselves Christians, but have nothing to do with the Catholic Church.

There is nothing wrong with preventing pregnancy. That being said, not all “contraceptives” are truly contraceptives. Some are very early abortion pills that destroy a freshly fertilized egg. Since abortion is understood to be morally wrong by most who call themselves Christians, it would be wrong to abort at any point after fertilization. There is nothing wrong, however, with true contraceptives that prevent pregnancy.

The mind is also a contraceptive, as a husband and wife who are sexually obedient and faithful each other can decide when and when not to try and conceive.

Mandy asks…

pregnancy prevention…?

Does anyone know of a natural
(no pills, no patches, or condoms)
way to prevent pregnancy

Michelle answers:

I dont wanna be mean but….abstain!!! There are no “Natural” ways to not get pregnant. Pregnancy itself is a natural process which is for two people who are ready to have childeren. But since we all are human and the majority of us have premarital sex and are not ready for childeren, you can try the pull out method. I still dont even suggest that 100%. Your bf may not be able to control himself or you may get caught up in the moment and basically accidents happen and yes you can still get pregnant. But to answere your question, there are no “natural” ways other than abstinence to not get pregnant.
