Donald asks…
what are some natural remedies to enhance genetically saggy breast (i.e., exercises)?
My breast have never been perky. My saggy breast are a result of genetics, multiple pregnancies, breast feeding and possibly from having my “tubes tied.” I just renewed my gym membership and this could possibly be my solution.
Michelle answers:

Mark asks…
how to deal with bloating and gas during pregnancy?
my stomach gets so upset after I eat anything.. it feels like im full of gas that I just can’t pass.. any natural remedies for this??
Michelle answers:
I have had severe gas my entire pregnancy, and Maximum Strength Gas X has been what I live by. It’s just Mylicon for adults. It’s not natural in the earthy sense, but neither is being bloated. U also may wanna switch to Lactaid or Soy Milk, to help. I know the Lactaid Fat free milk did wonders on me. It’s definitely worth a try. Tums is great for heartburn, but doesn’t do much for gassiness. I wish u the best, cuz I know how u feel.

Medication safe to take during pregnancy?
That gets rid of sinus drainage? Anything at all? All I’m taking now is Robitussin as a cough suppressant. But it isn’t really good for anything else.
I know I can call and ask my doctor, but I’m losing my voice,so it really hurts to talk. Also,if anyone has a natural remedy for a sore throat. That would be appreciated too.
Michelle answers:
Just like a dirty cup, you have to flush the ugly away. Salt water–Inhale as much as you can (tbsp) tip your head back, (water will make you cough, blow nose. If necessary, try it again.
About 20 years ago, at a prenatal clinic, we would allow sudafed–the red one with no extras.
The sudafed is only okay if you’re post-first trimester.
Feel better!

Complete loss of sex drive after pregnancy, 5 1/2 months??
My son is now 5 1/2 months old and I have absolutely no sex drive!!! Has anyone every experienced this? Any natural remedies? I don’t really want to see a doctor until I can see if there is anything I can do to get my sex drive back. Thanks!
Michelle answers:
Yes – completely normal. Don’t worry. Just make sure that that you know that there isn’t a physical problem. If you’re breastfeeding, there are chemicals which are released into your body which subdue your sex-drive-you’ll get back to normal when you wean. If you’ve still got the littl’un in the room with you, he/she’s just going to distract you. Even if your baby is in the next room, it’s normal to feel that your concentration is focused on that door, rather than on the bloke next to you. Make sure your hubby knows it’s nothing personal! You could have thrush- this is a common side effect of pregnancy which not many people talk about. Before you get itchy symptoms you could experience a low sex-drive. Pregnancy hormones increase the chance of getting thrush (candida albicans), which can be treated with Canesten, or see your GP. Not having a sex -drive immediately after birth is one of nature’s ways of protecting your body – (that is, stopping you getting pregnant again until your body is back to normal!)
