Lizzie asks…
Forever 21 or Wet seal?
Which store do you like better? If possible tell me why you like it better?
P.S. You don’t have to answer this question, but is it weird for a preteen (like 11-12) to shop at these stores? Like when I walk into Wet Seal everything’s normal, but when i walk into Forever 21 everyone stares at me for a while. I know there’s a Forever 21 girls, but I live nowhere near a Forever 21 girls, just Forever 21.
Thanks!:)
Michelle answers:
Forever 21. I like it better because the clothes are made slightly better than Wet Seal, and they have clothes that are more my style.
It could just be the people that work there. I see people of all ages in the ones I go to. Its probably because at the one you go to, the employees generally see older girl’s in there. Most girl’s your age shop at Abercrombie, so yay, you have some sort of style!

Helen asks…
Teens: Do you like Forever 21?
My city has one forever 21 thats bigger than safeway! its huuuge and one of the biggest in north america. When it first came the stuff was quite nice, but as time passes I find the clothes there too outrageous. You know those clothes you see on models in magazines that are “fashionable” but look crazy and you could never pull it off. or wear to school. I usually find a couple things I like there, but its hard.
BQ: Good stores for teenage girls to shop at? Free shipping to Canada? I like stores like garage and hollister.
I never find xs in forever 21. i wear the small but it looks crappy on me cuz its kinda baggy
Michelle answers:
No offense but I don’t like forever 21. Its a very cheap store and you are just going to waste your money buying clothes from there. The clothing might look cute but its made out of very cheap material which makes the clothes fall apart very easily. And most of the clothes from forever 21 all look the same. Wet seal is another forever 21 too. Sorry for my rant but I don’t understand why people are so obsessed with that store when its just a bunch of garbage.
Richard asks…
Does anyone know any stores that are like forever 21 but cheaper?
I really llike vintage but its fine as long as the clothes r somewhat similar to forever 21
Michelle answers:
Forever 21 is pretty cheap, so you won’t find a store that sells clothes for less than what they’re selling theirs majority of the time,
Since you’re into vintage clothing, depending on where you live, you can visit thrift stores to find vintage pieces that are often inexpensive. Vintage stores and those whose focus is one clothes of different eras, if there’s any where you live, tend to be expensive. You can sometimes find good quality clothes that fit the girly, feminine style you’re searching for at Target, Kmart, Old Navy, Buffalo Exchange, and American Eagle. Most are often of good quality. Here’s a few online stores and boutiques that sell inexpensive vintage inspired and feminine clothing. Most sites have clothing where everything is under $100:
