NAPA and AutoZone are experienced companies with distribution networks that are established, so competing against them would be unwise.

After three attempts at delivering it will be held for three or four days to try to contact customer. It will then be sent back to shipper.

Just go to fedex.com and use the calculate time and cost tool under the shipping tab.
Fedex does not use average shipping costs, it’s all by zones (how far away), weights, type of address and how fast you need it there (including time of day)
