is xxi forever and forever 21 the same store?

I’ve been to forever 21 a bunch of times. I’m going to a different mall “Freehold Raceway Mall” in freehold new jersey, they don’t have a forever 21 but they have a xxi forever. Is it still the same store? Because Ive gone to Garden state plaza and they have a xxi forever and i wouldn’t even know the difference.

What do you think of Forever 21 Disney Princess Sweaters?

I just got myself the blue The Little Mermaid sweater from Forever 21 but I’m starting to doubt the quality of it. I really want to get the Beauty & The Beast one also but I’m afraid it’d be a waste of money. They’re sold pretty expensive here. The picture on the sweaters looks like it can come off any second or be scraped off but I don’t know, maybe it’s just me. So what do you guys think? And any advice on how to wash it?
