How much do you think a person who is 5’3 should weigh?
I weigh 118 :/
I feel fat even though im not š
Megan fox is like 5’8 and weighs 100ish pounds.
Michelle answers:
Depends on your body shape and genetics. People who have thicker genetics can be healthy at 150 pounds. Some people who have smaller frames are heatlhy around 100 pounds. It honestly depends on you. I’m 5’3 and a size 12 and my BMI is 23 (healthy).
118 is a normal weight to be at if you are 5’3. Personally, i think its a little thin, but thats just me. And don’t base your ideas off of celebrities. Its their job to be thin (most of the time). People like Megan Fox have trainers and they workout 5 or 6 times a week for hours on end.

Seniors, What effect does all the local & World News have on you ?
How do you handle it, in your mind ~~ Are you afraid, worried or could you care less ?
As for me, its on my mind 24 / 7. We watch the news a lot on various stations. Mostly Fox to get what the other stations don’t reveal. We have to know whats going on in the world as well as local. Seems to be more evil every day. I am an active christian and an American. I will not vote Obama 4 more years again. That’s the only thing I know for sure.
Michelle answers:
Back in the early 70’s, there was a song that said “there’s no good news today” I can’t remember the person or group who made that song…but nothing’s changed today…still no good news.
But to answer your questions, I don’t fear the coming changes because these things were foretold in the Bible…man does not have the answers/ only God does, so there’s need in sweating what you can’t change. 2Timothy 3:1-5
News medias are sensationalists, they like to put fear into the hearts of men, I believe half of what I see, and none of what I hear. As a Christian, we are to put our faith in God. Jeremiah 10:23 tells us that it does not belong to man who is walking to even direct his footsteps. Men come and go with all their promises and lies. I’m looking for the Kingdom that will never be brought to ruin; the one that will stand to times indefinite and NEVER be passed on to human hands. Daniel 2:44

How are we supposed to trust the government to figure out how to process 12 million people?
I’m not a big fan of Newt Gingrich’s Republican-bashing, but on Fox News Sunday he made a good point about the aspiring terrorists arrested Saturday in the JFK plot:
Three of the terrorists had been in the US for 23 years illegally, intercepted by the police 75 times in the last six years.
I am glad the plot was foiled, but from Reagan to present, we have failed to prove that we have a clue as to how to deal with the immigration issue.
Investigator isn’t living up to his name. If anyone made it up it was Newt on Fox News Sunday. Look it up.
Michelle answers:
That is part of the reason that I’m am for building a fence .
And your headline portion of your question is interesting in more ways than one . How can we trust them to process 12 million. . . . .? Well , how can we expect to even ‘find’ the 12 million if we don’t offer some type of incentives ?
This line has been drawn many times in my lifetime . Each and every time they say this will be the last time , and it’s not . Short of having a ‘police state’ there’s no way any government can find 12 million people , let alone ship them all back home . That is why I’d like to see this time be the last time . I’ll begrudgingly agree to the proposal , but only if and when some type of finalization is added to it . Like a fence and border patrols , and , strict enforcement including strict punishment . We must stop drawing new lines , and make this one the last line !!

How badly will that old fart McCain crash after the double talk express derails?
You republicans really think you are going to win. Black guy or not any democrat will beat the mess out of McCain in the fall. The republican brand is worthless thanks to your god Bush You idiots picked the most liberal of all republicans and expected to hold up against a democrat.
Michelle answers:
It’s actually worse than that. Secret Exit polls taken by Faux News show a real softness in Mcain’s support.
Due to a multitasking foulup at the RNC Internet Disinformation Center in Bombay, (The place where investigators believe most of the Anti-Obama internet troll posts originate,) a compilation of data from Fox News Repubican Primary exit polls which the Fox Editorial Staff never intended to even show Rupert Murdoch, much less release, recently fell into the wrong hands–mine.
When I opened up an e-mail asking to confirm my address for a Walmart order I had never placed, (the RNC cuts costs by doubling the outsourced facility as a spam center,) I found instead of the usual form requesting my name, address, Social Security Number, numbers of my bank accounts, mother’s maiden name, and pet’s name–the information shown below.
According to Fox News Exit Polls from the Republican Primaries:
19% of Republicans who voted for John McCain said he was “The Best Candidate to lead us into the 19th Century.”
16% of Republicans who voted for McCain said they did so because he was the Beloved Leader Bush’s handpicked successor.
23% of Republicans who voted for McCain said, “He’s too Liberal, but he’s the best chance we have to keep the B—-h and the N——r out of the White House.”
12% of Republicans who voted for McCain said that they would have voted for Ron Paul, but felt that he didn’t have a chance.
17% of Republicans who voted for McCain said, “Hey the Precinct Captain gave me a half pint of Scotch and a list of names. It was my Patriotic Duty.”
13% of Republicans who voted for McCain said, “John MCCAIN???? I thought I was voting for John MCCLAIN!! You know, Die Hard? Yippee Ki Yay? Aw crap!!!!”
