How do I find an older pair of Forever 21 sunglasses?
They’re black and white, checked/striped; purple lenses
Inside it says “Forever 21 Cat.3 8-18″ and the number on the other side says something like 088DL12385. Any help would be great, I cant find them online anymore.

Do you have to confirm an email when you order something from forever 21 online?
I bought a dress i need for a dance Saturday of off the forever 21 website and i entered the wrong email so i can’t track it! I got express for like 16 dollars. Do i need to confirm anything in order for it to send?

I ordered for christmas last weekend and I got the email it just summarizes the order, you can go online and sign in with your email address and password and see the order..if that helps you.

At the top click on style and you can choose out of the catagories. I’d click (candids) if you want her everyday wear. It gives you the link to the site where you can buy the clothes when you click on the pictures of her wearing the outfits

how to send back and exchange clothing from canadian forever 21?
i bought a dress online from canadian forever 21 using a credit card. it just came today and i don’t like the way the fabric feels on my skin so i’m sending it back. there’s a bunch of sheets that came with the package like a return form, but nothing on there for exchanging even though it says you can? can someone who has dealt with this before please help?!?
also, what happens when you send it back, where does the money you spent go?

Haha good luck. Forever 21’s return policy sucks. If you pay with a giftcard or cash no exchanges. All sales are final, so if you bought it on sale you’re screwed. If it doesn’t have ALL of the original tags on it, have the original receipt, and have the original bag you can’t return it. And especially since you bought it online, in Canada. There’s a slim to none chance you’ll get your money back. I bought a dress there and the second I put it on, the zipper was broken. They wouldn’t let me exchange it.
